ExtensionContext::addOverlayDrawer()

Browser availability: desktop-only.

This API requires the desktop runtime. Browser declarations may report the limitation without performing the operation.

Draws above everything (UI, texts and monitors included) in stage coordinates; captures leave it out (Studio's watch pins). Game thread.
